A co-founder of Glasshouse, Tim was formerly a senior director at several leading agencies, including being Director of Consulting at Ogilvy PR Worldwide and director of the corporate practice of BSMG Worldwide (later Weber Shandwick).
Tim specialises in the convergence between branding, reputation management and the world of corporate responsibility. He believes that reputation management should be an ‘offensive’, not a defensive discipline. He has specific expertise in the financial services, telecomm’s and IT industries and has helped many of the world’s largest technology companies to construct and execute their thought leadership strategies.
Tim is a member of brand thinktank ‘The Medinge Group’ and has published a range of books and papers on branding. He is also a senior adviser to AccountAbility, the global CSR standards body and sits on the advisory board of Budd, a customer service management consultancy.
