The guys over at Budd have just launched their own blog.

As customer service experts, they offer an insight into the highs and lows of the world of customer relations, including an amusing account of a visit to the Indian embassy in London:

That’s one side of India. Hugely efficient administration marked by chaos, lack of signposting and directions. Stress levels raised by lack of clarity, a certain lack of style, and a whole lot of indifferent but efficient staff.

They also discuss an uncharacteristically annoying experience with First Direct, and I’m sure there’ll be more tasty morsels on the way.
