Before the stage went in, before the lighting and before the delegates, this was the World Trade Centre in Barcelona - for the launch of LRQA’s Business Assurance Summit. 96 key delegates came to explore the future of management systems, at an event organised by a joint Glasshouse/LRQA team. This is our first international event, and seemed to be entirely glitch-free, to sighs of relief all round, given that the client is in the quality assessment business.
